TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION

We are heading to Warrens, WI for an amazing weekend of trail riding and exploring! Strap yourself in and take the wheel of a Polaris RZR 1000 XP Side x Side! This guided tour will take you weaving in and around the trails of the Black River Falls State Forest. Don’t have your own UTV, that’s not a problem, we will be renting these machines for a full day guided excursion. Your rental is included in this trip cost. This trip has room for 8 women total. Everyone who would like to drive will be taking turns. We will have a knowledgeable and equipped guide leading the way all day!

Friday, we will have the afternoon to explore the famous Cranberry Festival! The festival has about 3 miles of shopping, including 1,300 booths! There’s a booth for just about anything you can imagine - crafts, antiques, food and even a farmers market. There are so many other tours, activities, parades, etc. The Festival is definitely best known for its shopping and boasts over 800 arts and crafts, 300 flea market booths, 100 farm market booths and 100 food vendors for a three-mile shopping extravaganza!! Please plan to arrive by noon so that we can spend some time at the Cranberry Festival together as a group. If you plan to arrive later on Friday you may miss out on this excursion.

Saturday morning, we will hit the trails. We will spend the full day trail riding, stop for lunch and may even hit some mud holes. After our day of riding we will return to the cabin to clean up before heading out for dinner together as a group!

Sunday morning we will clean up and check out of the cabin. All are welcome to explore more of the festival before leaving town or hit the road right away!

LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS + MISC. DETAILS

We will be staying in a cabin at the Three Bears Resort in Warrens, Wisconsin. The cabin has 4 twin beds and two queens beds, the perfect amount of space for 8 women. The resort has many amenities like an indoor waterpark, arcade, mini golf, laser maze, 5 restaurants on site, free wifi, free coffee and free parking! TARGET SPECIES, REGULATIONS AND PROCESSING OF TAXIDERMY OR MEAT HARVEST PLAN.

If you do want to drive, keep in mind the UTV’s seat 4 people so everyone will be taking turns driving. Trail passes will be provided by the rental dealer. This is a guided ride so we will be tipping our awesome guides! Weaving a UTV through the woods of the Black River Falls State Forest is a great way to spend a day. Our guides want everyone to have a great time but our first priority is to keep everyone safe. You agree to follow the rules and regulations established by the state of Wisconsin. ATV and UTV operators born on or after Jan. 1, 1988 must complete an ATV and UTV safety certification course in order to operate on public ATV/UTV trails and areas in Wisconsin. If you are planning to drive, this is required, if you do not complete this course you will not be able to operate the UTV.  Click To Take Course If you just want to sit as a passenger all day, that’s not a problem! You can plan to sit back and take in the beauty of the Black River Falls State Forest!

EXPECTATIONS + NO DRAMA POLICY

There are times that our trips do not go exactly as planned or advertised. Mother nature plays a large role in how we are able to spend time outdoors. We ask that you come into every single Her Wilderness trip with a positive attitude and “go with the flow” mindset for the duration of your trip. If that seems unreasonable, we kindly ask that you do not register for our events. The weather is unpredictable and can impact hiking, hunting, fishing, and our number #1 priority, your safety! For example, if your trip is geared towards hunting ducks, but right now the guide can only confidently offer a successful goose hunt, we will go with the guide's recommendation. If a situation like this will upset you then please do not register for a trip with us. We expect every woman to have a positive attitude no matter the circumstances. We have had plenty of trips get canceled, rescheduled or have plans changed with no issues simply because the group was understanding and made the best of the situation they were given. We pride ourselves in how fun our trips can be even in the most unfortunate of circumstances. If you are often considered “high maintenance” or tend to get stressed out then we kindly want to let you know that our trips are not a good fit for you. You may have to share a bed with a stranger, the weather may not allow us to participate in an activity, there may not be any showers available, there may only be 1 bathroom for 10 women, you may not harvest the animal you wanted to get, there could be someone on the trip that you just don’t vibe with. All of these scenarios are real and they happen. We will do our best to filter and prevent what we can before it becomes an issue. All of our trips and events are a drama and stress free zone! If you are the source of any drama you will be asked to leave with no refund given. We always want to ensure that our customers are comfortable and taken care of. We will always ask that you have a cool, calm and collected attitude. If you are unable to maintain a good attitude in a variety of circumstances we kindly ask that you refrain from registering for a trip. We appreciate each and everyone of our customers and want to ensure the best experience for all of our attendees!
