TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
NOW THIS IS WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT! Are you ready to check off this off your bucket list?! We are heading to the iconic Hot Air Balloon Festival held in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are going to spend our week hiking, taking tram rides, eating local food and yes riding in a hot air balloon! Here is a tentative timeline of what this trip will look like:
Wednesday - Arrive and get settled into our Airbnb!
Thursday - We will be up early! 6am sunrise balloon ride with Rainbow Ryders. Lunch in Old Town Albuquerque. Shopping in Old Town. Hot Air Balloon Museum. Back to Airbnb to get a good nights rest!
Friday - We will be up bright and early leaving our Airbnb by 5am to take advantage of sunrise entry to the balloon festival to watch mass accession and do other festival activities! Night out on the town enjoying local food!
Saturday- Tram Ride to scenic views and causal mountain top dining. Sunset Hike.
Sunday - Depart
The price of this trip includes: Round trip Tram ticket included, Sunrise or Sunset Hot Air balloon Ride, General Admission Hot Air Balloon Festival Entry Ticket, 4 nights in a super cute airbnb in New Mexico, An afternoon visiting and shopping in Old Town Albuquerque.

LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS + MISC. DETAILS
We will be staying in a comfortable Airbnb located in the North Valley of Albuquerque, NM! This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. There will be plenty of space but you will have to share a bedroom and bed with someone else on this trip. If you have a request to share a bed with someone you register with, just let us know and we are happy to accommodate! There is a full kitchen so we can make meals and hang out with some snacks during our downtime.

We are able to offer this weekend at only $950 per person, which will include a nonrefundable deposit of $350 and 2 additional payments of $300.

Things not included in this trip:
-Any tips to your guides/outfitters - please wait to hear from your coordinator on a suggested tipping amount and plan to always bring cash for tipping. Tipping doesn’t apply to all trips.
-Transportation. Your airline or rental car is not included. Please do not expect to arrive at the airport and have a ride unless specifically planned out with someone.. We suggest that you wait to book any travel plans until you’ve talked with other girls going on the trip. Chances are other people are also flying/driving in and you will be able to coordinate plans with them. It is always cheaper to split a rental car 4 ways!
-Meals are not included in the cost of this trip. We will plan to enjoy the local cuisines or cook at our lodging accommodations!

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a private facebook group for this specific trip. This group is where you can connect with other trip attendees, ask your trip coordinator questions, and receive additional trip details. You can discuss packing lists, travel plans, and more. Please be sure you use a valid working email to register for this trip. If you do not have a facebook account please send an email to questions@herwilderness.co so that we can make the appropriate accommodations to get you additional trip details. Please read carefully: please make all payments by their due dates. If payments are late we will always work with you. however if there is no communication we will assume you are forfeiting your spot and any payments made will not be refunded. By registering for any wilderness trip you are under the full understanding that there are no refunds. by registering for this trip you understand that your deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions.
