TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
We are heading to Jackson, Wyoming for an exciting weekend of fly fishing and exploring! This will be a trip to remember as we float down the Snake River. Our guide will be providing us 2-Full Days of fly fishing, all your gear/tackle, and lunch provided on the river. This trip also includes one free day to relax and explore to your heart's content.
Our outfitter is a Bridger Teton National Forest permittee which allows us to have access to some of the most varied terrain in the Rocky Mountain West - 50 miles of peaceful river courses that will surely take your breath away. In the Grand Teton National Park you’ll find yourself surrounded by beauty and the opportunity to fly fish for the native cutthroat trout.
Plan to arrive anytime Thursday evening to check into our airbnb and depart Monday morning preferably out of JAC airport.
LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS + MISC. DETAILS
We will be staying in the Teton Village area near Jackson Hole Wyoming. The Airbnb has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 guests. Please keep in mind you will be sharing beds with another lady on the trip. This helps us keep this trip as affordable and cost effective as possible. We will have access to Washer/Dryer, Hot TubPool in the complex, full kitchen, and mountain views! We will be only 37 minutes from the JAC airport and less than 30 minutes to downtown Jackson Hole.
TARGET SPECIES, REGULATIONS AND PROCESSING OF TAXIDERMY OR MEAT HARVEST PLAN.
We will be fly fishing on the Snake River which is home to name different fish species. This will be a catch and release trip, so please do not plan to bring any meat home. You will need to purchase a non-resident fishing license each day for $14 daily. The Salt River is home to rainbow trout and brook trout. However, the main attraction for most anglers is the cutthroat and brown trout that could range from 10-22 inches!

Things not included in this trip:
-Any tips to your guides/outfitters - please wait to hear from your coordinator on a suggested tipping amount and plan to always bring cash for tipping. Tipping doesn’t apply to all trips.
-Transportation. Your airline or rental car is not included. Please do not expect to arrive at the airport and have a ride unless specifically planned out with someone.. We suggest that you wait to book any travel plans until you’ve talked with other girls going on the trip. Chances are other people are also flying/driving in and you will be able to coordinate plans with them. It is always cheaper to split a rental car 4 ways!
-Meals are not included in the cost of this trip. We will plan to enjoy the local cuisines or cook at our lodging accommodations!

Crystal will be your trip coordinator! She is from the Everglades area of South Florida and now lives in Texas working in the construction industry. She was blessed to grow up in sunny Florida fishing on the water. After moving to Texas over 6 years ago, she fell in love with remaining in the outdoors hunting all different species and seasons! Crystal is eager to encourage all women to hunt and fish for the right reasons and take in all that the good lord provided us to enjoy!. #OwnYourWilderness

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a private facebook group for this specific trip. This group is where you can connect with other trip attendees, ask your trip coordinator questions, and receive additional trip details. You can discuss packing lists, travel plans, and more. Please be sure you use a valid working email to register for this trip. If you do not have a facebook account please send an email to questions@herwilderness.co so that we can make the appropriate accommodations to get you additional trip details. Please read carefully: please make all payments by their due dates. If payments are late we will always work with you. however if there is no communication we will assume you are forfeiting your spot and any payments made will not be refunded. By registering for any wilderness trip you are under the full understanding that there are no refunds. by registering for this trip you understand that your deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions.
