TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
MOAB ISN’T READY FOR US! We are heading back to Moab Utah for a long weekend of sightseeing, off roading and adventure. Plan to fly into Moab airport or Salt Lake City on the evening of Thurs Sept 22nd! This trip will include 3 nights of lodging, 1 full free day of exploration, 1 day of off-roading adventures, and a professional photographer documenting your adventures! Here is a quick overview of our itinerary for the week. You can feel free to add/extend your vacation if you wish.
THURSDAY - Arrive at the airbnb in the evening after 5pm. Please do not arrive before 5pm as we will not be able to check in! If you plan to arrive earlier, please have a plan until we can check in at 5pm.
FRIDAY - We are going to be on a UTV excursion for the day. We will spend time exploring and off-roading on UTV’s through Moab trails. Check out “HELLS REVENGE” on YouTube to get a taste of what we are getting into. If you are under 25, you will not be able to drive the UTV but you can certainly still join us and sit passenger! (UTV RENTAL IS INCLUDED)
SATURDAY - We have an entire free day to do as you wish. We highly recommend the group to explore the nearby National Park or check out downtown Moab! There are a ton of excursions you can do from sky diving, horseback riding, hiking, white water rafting and more!
SUNDAY - Breakfast, pack up and head home!
Moab, Utah, home to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, is surrounded by some of the most stunning red rock landscapes on Earth. Moab’s unique combination of small resort town hospitality, beautiful scenery and the cool waters of the Colorado River has made it one of the most sought after destinations in the American Southwest. While exploring the beautiful scenery, visitors can relax and experience the small town hospitality of Moab. Moab’s perfect climate has made it a magnet for year round outdoor events and festivals, and the downtown business district has responded with a great collection of restaurants, microbreweries, shops, and galleries. Moab’s diverse cuisine will please any palate, from regional southwestern fare to world-class gourmet. Stroll through the downtown shops for a great selection of southwestern arts and jewelry, souvenirs, t-shirts, and much more.
LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS + MISC. DETAILS
Our condo is located in Desert winds drive about 3 miles South of downtown Moab. Building was finished in Late July of 2018. The condo is gorgeous and professionally designed, furnished and decorated. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This condo is extremely well appointed and very comfortable. You will feel like you are on vacation when you arrive, and throughout your stay. The patio is complete with a fire table, a natural gas grill, and outside dining area. The condo is a 4 minute drive to downtown Moab. There is so much to love about Moab and about this condo!

It’s always a good idea to book your flight after joining the facebook group! That way you are able to communicate with others attending the trip to book your flights in sync and split rental car or uber costs!

Things not included in this trip:
-Any tips to your guides/outfitters - please wait to hear from your coordinator on a suggested tipping amount and plan to always bring cash for tipping. Tipping doesn’t apply to all trips.
-Transportation. Your airline or rental car is not included. Please do not expect to arrive at the airport and have a ride unless specifically planned out with someone.. We suggest that you wait to book any travel plans until you’ve talked with other girls going on the trip. Chances are other people are also flying/driving in and you will be able to coordinate plans with them. It is always cheaper to split a rental car 4 ways!
-Meals are not included in the cost of this trip. We will plan to enjoy the local cuisines or cook at our lodging accommodations!

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a private facebook group for this specific trip. This group is where you can connect with other trip attendees, ask your trip coordinator questions, and receive additional trip details. You can discuss packing lists, travel plans, and more. Please be sure you use a valid working email to register for this trip. If you do not have a facebook account please send an email to questions@herwilderness.co so that we can make the appropriate accommodations to get you additional trip details. Please read carefully: please make all payments by their due dates. If payments are late we will always work with you. however if there is no communication we will assume you are forfeiting your spot and any payments made will not be refunded. By registering for any wilderness trip you are under the full understanding that there are no refunds. by registering for this trip you understand that your deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions.
