We are heading to West Texas for the hunt you’ve all been waiting for: an epic sandhill crane and lesser goose combo hunt with our friends over at Tejas Waterfowl. You might also know them as Northern Skies Outfitters while they are chasing snow geese in Arkansas or Canada. Crane hunting is one of the fastest growing species in the waterfowl world to hunt and for good reason...they decoy like a dream! The Texas Panhandle winters thousands of cranes that give you plenty of action. If you are like us and watching birds come right into the spread gives you all the feels then this trip is for you!

The cost of this trip will be $940 which will include two days of guided hunting, two nights of lodging at the Tejas Lodge, and all your meals. Plan to arrive the evening of Sunday, November 12 to a home cooked meal at the lodge, hunt Monday and Tuesday morning, and head home sometime in the afternoon on Tuesday!

The guides are happy to clean your birds or they will show each of you in detail how to clean them yourselves. Sandhill crane meat is often called the “ribeye of the sky.” It is delicious so be sure to bring a cooler to pack your meat home with you!

This trip is $940 and will be broken up between a non-refundable deposit of $100 and four payments after that of $210.
