TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
We are excited to be partnering alongside the Red River Area Sportsmen's Club for a women’s pheasant hunting clinic, located in Wahpeton, ND. Our goal with this pheasant hunting clinic is to inspire and provide opportunities for women to become engaged, dynamic conservationists specifically in upland hunting. We will spend our afternoon on Friday going through the ins and outs of pheasant hunting including hunting dog demos, shooting trap, game cleaning and more! Saturday morning we will hit the fields, process our game and have a friendly shooting competition. Saturday evening we will join the Red River Area Sportsman’s Club for their annual sportsman's smoker for a night of raffles, prizes and fun. Sunday we will plan to head home around 11:00 am. You will need to provide your own blaze orange hunting vest, blaze orange hat, hunting licenses, gun and ammunition. Please bring eye and ear protection. Participants must be at least 18 years old to register for the hunt. MUST arrive at 12:00 P.M. , on Friday. Prepare to leave Sunday, October 22 around 11:00am.
LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS + MISC. DETAILS
We will be staying in an AirBnB in Wahpeton, ND. The house has 6 large bedrooms with 6 full size beds in each room. Everyone will get their own bed. The house has a full kitchen, where we can cook our meals. There is a spacious living room to hangout and relax in. There are 6 bathrooms. We will have plenty of space to move around and be comfortable amongst each other.
TARGET SPECIES, REGULATIONS AND PROCESSING OF TAXIDERMY OR MEAT HARVEST PLAN.
We are hunting the North Dakota legendary pheasant! We will be cleaning pheasants and bringing them home. You may bring the pheasant home to be mounted if wanted. If you are flying, we will need to freeze the meat and carry it on or store it in checked luggage. Or, you can ship it home. I recommend bringing extra gallon zip lock bags to store meat in and fly it in your carry on.

We are able to offer this weekend at only per person, which will include a nonrefundable deposit of $125.

It’s always a good idea to book your flight after joining the facebook group! That way you are able to communicate with others attending the trip to book your flights in sync and split rental car or uber costs!
