As we celebrate year two, we’d like to thank all of the women who have ever joined us on a trip, the guide services who have taken the time to facilitate our adventures, and the women who have put in countless hours planning and coordinating our events. It’s from these collective contributions that we’ve managed to stay true to the Her Wilderness mission. From all of us at Her Wilderness: thank you for helping us get to where we are today. Not only are we excited for where we’re headed, we’re grateful that you’re joining us on the journey forward.
We hope you’ll know that among the fun that is had in these outdoors settings, there is an opportunity for us all to support and encourage other women in their outdoor pursuits. It’s essential to the sustainability of these sports, the conservation of wildlife and the regions they inhabit, and the overall goal of providing more women with the confidence to participate in outdoor activities, that we all do our part to strengthen the community we’re all a part of.
