TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
We are heading to Moberly, MO to participate in the R100 National Archery Tour! The R100 is a family-friendly 3D archery circuit that works with clubs all across the country to host R100 events. This event gives you the option between two archery ranges (Safari Range and North American Range), you can choose between one or both! This event is located at Rothwell Park in Moberly, MO, and we will be meeting at registration at 9:00 am. Archers are able to shoot as groups up to 6 shooters. If we have more than 6 we will split evenly into smaller groups. This event has multiple classes you can choose to shoot from including a “Just for Fun” class as well as some specialty shoots listed below:
HHA USA Whitetails for Warriors
The Whitetails for Warriors is a pay to play ($10 per round) shoot where the archer will shoot 10 whitetail deer targets at various distances between 10 – 50 yards which will be known to the shooter. You will shoot 1 arrow at each target and record your total score for the round. Scoring will be OPA style with pink and orange 14 and 12 rings. The 14 ring must be called to be in play, and any missed 14’s will score no more than an 8. The archer with the highest score will receive a fabulous prize.
NBEF Steel Forest Challenge
The NBEF Steel Forest Challenge is a 10 target FREE shoot where the archer must successfully shoot 10 whitetail deer targets that are obstructed by our steel trees. Each shooter is allowed only 2 arrows total. If both arrows are broken on the steel, you are eliminated. Scoring is 12, 10, 8, 0 (Body), -5 (miss). The archer with the highest point total will win a fabulous prize.
Badlands Iron Buck Shot
The Badlands Iron Buck Shoot is a FREE event where the archer must place his or her arrow in the foam insert on our steel deer. Each archer is only allowed 1 arrow. The insert is roughly the size of a large dinner plate and to advance, your arrow must safely hit the insert. Any arrow not in the insert will be eliminated. The first round will be shot at 40 yards and each round will be 10 yards farther than the last. The last archer left standing will receive a fabulous prize.
Whichever class or specialty shoots you decide is completely up to you! The goal of this social meet-up is to get out, shoot our bows, and have fun together! We will put all attendees in a Facebook group for this event to ensure we are all on the same page to meet up and shoot together!

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a private facebook group for this specific trip. This group is where you can connect with other trip attendees, ask your trip coordinator questions, and receive additional trip details. You can discuss packing lists, travel plans, and more. Please be sure you use a valid working email to register for this trip. If you do not have a facebook account please send an email to questions@herwilderness.co so that we can make the appropriate accommodations to get you additional trip details. Please read carefully: please make all payments by their due dates. If payments are late we will always work with you. however if there is no communication we will assume you are forfeiting your spot and any payments made will not be refunded. By registering for any wilderness trip you are under the full understanding that there are no refunds. by registering for this trip you understand that your deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions.
