TOTAL COST: $795 | DEPOSIT: $295 (THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE)

REGISTRATION OPENS: FRIDAY 04/03/2026

COORDINATOR: SAM SIMMA + AMY CARRIER

Step into the red rock desert for a long weekend of grounding, expansion, and soul-deep renewal. Her Wilderness is partnering with Amy Carrier of Wilderness + Wellness to bring you a transformative women’s retreat intentionally designed for rest, reconnection, and alignment with the natural energy Sedona is known for. This is not just a getaway, it's an immersive journey into movement, mindfulness, intention, and the magic of the vortexes.

For this retreat, we’ve reserved Juniper House, an 8-bedroom private estate in the Village of Oak Creek, a peaceful, nature-filled pocket of Sedona surrounded by red rock views, trails, and quiet energy. This one-acre sanctuary blends comfort, luxury, and intentional design, offering the perfect backdrop for women to slow down, open up, and reconnect with what matters most.

Our space offers a truly elevated retreat experience with a heated swimming pool complete with a waterslide, a built-in hot tub and barrel sauna, and a peaceful labyrinth featuring genuine prayer wheels for quiet walking meditation. A private outdoor shower and clawfoot soaking tub create a spa-like escape, while the Buddha meditation lounge with swinging daybeds invites deep relaxation. For fun and movement, the property includes a putting green and sand volleyball court, along with a full game room featuring a pool table, shuffleboard, bar, and fridge. With two fully equipped kitchens, a private guest suite, and an expansive outdoor deck with dining space, BBQ, and unobstructed panoramic red rock views, this estate blends comfort, wellness, and adventure in one unforgettable space. Whether you’re journaling at sunrise, resting between sessions, or soaking in the tub under the stars, this space elevates every moment of the retreat.

This retreat is intentionally curated to help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with your intuition. Together we will explore:

• Daily Yoga + Guided Meditation

Gentle sunrise movement, grounding breathwork, and restorative flows led by Amy Carrier.

• Sound Bowl Healing Sessions

Reconnect your nervous system as vibrations move through the body and ground you into stillness.

• Intention-Setting Workshops

Release what’s heavy, set aligned goals, and cultivate clarity about the season ahead.

• Light Hiking + Nature Immersion

We’ll explore Sedona’s iconic red rock trails, vortex sites, and quiet desert spaces.

• Vortex Energy Exploration

Learn the history, cultural significance, and spiritual meaning of Sedona’s powerful vortexes.

• Intention & Connection

Evening gatherings, journaling circles, poolside conversations, and shared meals.

One of our most meaningful weekend moments will be our journey to Boynton Canyon Trail, home of one of Sedona’s strongest energy vortexes, a powerful location known for grounding, balance, and heart-centered alignment. Here, we will set out on a mission to hopefully cross paths with Robert Sechrengost, known lovingly as The Flute Man or The Heart King. Robert sits atop the red rocks playing his Native American flute and gifting hand-carved heart-shaped sandstone rocks to hikers. His mission is simple and beautiful: To spread unconditional love and remind people to share their hearts freely. For many, receiving one of his hearts is a deeply emotional and unforgettable moment, a symbol of connection, presence, and the healing energy of Sedona.

This weekend is designed for women who are craving:

  • Stillness

  • Clarity

  • Nature

  • Renewal

  • Community

  • Internal alignment

  • Emotional rest

  • A spiritual reset

  • A deeper connection to themselves and their faith, intuition, or personal growth journey

It’s for the woman who wants to return home feeling grounded, lighter, more spacious, and more in tune with who she is becoming.
