Saddle up, ladies! Her Wilderness is heading back to the heart of the Flint Hills of Kansas for round three of our unforgettable cattle drive and ranching adventure. This is your chance to live the cowboy life for four action-packed days, stepping into a world where the pace is fast, the work is hands-on, and the laughs, and memories, never stop. Whether this is your first time or your third, get ready for dusty boots, wide-open pastures, and the thrill of working alongside real ranch hands who know how to get the job done and have a blast doing it.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in ranch life. You’ll ride across sweeping prairies, learn to rope, vaccinate, and brand calves, and drive cattle with guidance from experienced hands. It’s hard work, yes but it’s also incredibly rewarding. You’ll walk away with a new appreciation for teamwork, resilience, and the joy of stepping fully into God’s natural creation. As you ride across the hills we will see His truth in every challenge and every triumph.
Don’t worry if you’re not a rodeo pro. Prior riding experience is preferred, and we’ll match you with a horse suited to your level. All you need is an adventurous spirit, a willingness to learn, and a heart ready for fellowship. Each day on horseback will deepen your connection to nature, your fellow adventurers, and the One who made this world.
After each full day of riding and working cattle, retreat to cozy ranch-style accommodations. Five nights of shared lodging provide the perfect space to rest, swap stories, and reflect on the day’s adventures. Breakfasts and dinners are hearty, home-cooked meals, while lunches will be served out on the range, fueling your body for the next round of ranch life. Sharing rooms and meals is an intentional part of building community, deepening connections, and creating a sense of sisterhood among women who embrace challenge and adventure.
