TRIP EXPECTATIONS + NO DRAMA POLICY
At Her Wilderness, our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and empowering outdoor experience for every woman who joins us. That said, outdoor adventures come with a level of unpredictability, especially when weather, wildlife, and group dynamics are involved. We ask all participants to bring a flexible mindset and a positive attitude. Weather conditions, guide recommendations, and other factors may require last-minute changes to activities, schedules, or game pursued (for example, switching from a duck hunt to a goose hunt if conditions call for it). These decisions are made with your safety and the quality of the experience in mind. If adaptability and going with the flow are not things you're comfortable with, we respectfully suggest reconsidering your participation in our trips.
What You Can Expect:
Outdoor conditions may change plans—including hunts, hikes, or water access.
You may share lodging with others.
Some locations may have limited facilities.
There is no guarantee of harvesting a specific species.
We do everything we can to deliver a great experience—no matter the challenge.
What We Expect:
A respectful, go-with-the-flow attitude.
Willingness to adapt to changes in schedule or activity.
Zero tolerance for drama, negativity, or behavior that impacts the group.
We maintain a strict no-drama policy. Any participant who brings negativity, disrupts the group dynamic, or disrespects staff or others will be asked to leave without a refund and will not be invited back to future events. We are here to build community, confidence, and lasting memories in the outdoors. Thank you for being part of that mission and for helping us keep our trips positive, welcoming, and fun for all!
