We are offering this once in a lifetime trip for only $800! The first NON REFUNDABLE deposit of $125 will be due at registration. The rest of the amount will be broken out into a payment plan as follows: three payments of $225 will be due on May 15th, June 15th and July 15th.

Hidden Creek Outfitters is taking us on a wilderness adventure of a lifetime in Wyoming! This trip will start with a four hour pack trip on horse back into the largest, most remote wilderness area in the lower 48 US states. We will then set up camp and have lunch cooked for us over a camp fire before we set out to adventure for the next two days. We will be camping right outside of the northeast enterance of Yellowstone National Park and will have the option to go explore the park on the third day.

Additional activies will include fly fishing, hiking, horse back riding, watching wildlife, photography or just a relaxing day at camp surrounded by mountains. All meals are included over the two and half day pack trip, excluding dinner on the last day.

While we will be camping for two nights, the first night of lodging is NOT included. You are welcome to stay with our coordinators, Malori and Courtney in Cody, WY the night prior to the trip, if not you will be responsible for that night's stay. We stayed with Malori on our duck hunt last year and we had a blast! Her home in located in Downtown Cody, WY so there are plenty of adventures to be had the night before our trip! Everyone will need to arrive Sunday 08/01 to be able to give our guides all of our gear to pack the horses (before 3pm). For the health and safety of the horses, the guide asks that the combined weight of the rider and their gear not exceed 250lbs. Please keep that in mind while packing.

A tentative itinerary will look something like this:

Sunday August 1st - Arrive no later than 3pm. Stay at Malori’s home and eat dinner and explore in beautiful Cody, WY!

Monday August 2nd - Head into the Wilderness bright and early, 4 hour pack trip, set up camp and explore.

Tuesday August 3rd - Full day of swimming, exploring, camping, riding, adventuring, explore Yellowstone if interested.

Wednesday - Pack back into civilization, travel home.

The airport in Cody, WY will be the closest option to fly into or Billings, MT is your next choice. It is a two our drive from Billings back to Cody, where the trip will begin but Billings is sometimes the cheapest option.

All beginners are welcome, but please ensure you are comfortable around hourses and a camping environment. There will not be an option for a shower or indoor toliet but there will be a river accesible for a quick wash and baby wipes are super handy. We are offering this once in a lifetime trip for only $800! The first non refundable deposit which due upon booking, will be $125. The rest of the amount will be broken out into a payment plan. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: PLEASE MAKE ALL PAYMENTS BY THEIR DUE DATES. IF PAYMENTS ARE LATE WE WILL ALWAYS WORK WITH YOU. HOWEVER IF THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION WE WILL ASSUME YOU ARE FORFEITING YOUR SPOT AND ANY PAYMENTS MADE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. WE WILL THEN REACH OUT TO OUR WAITLIST AND GET YOUR SPOT FILLED BY ANOTHER PARTY. BY REGISTERING FOR ANY HER WILDERNESS TRIP YOU ARE UNDER THE FULL UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. (We are able to offer a partial refund only if we fill your spot with a member on the waiting list. At that time we may be able to refund any additional payments made outside of your deposit. Your deposit is NOT refundable. If your spot does not get filled, we will not be able to offer a refund.)

The guide will be providing everything needed for a successful pack weekend but asks that we provide our own sleeping bags, sleeping mats and pillows. Also keep in mind that if you decide to fish, poles and bait will need to be rented in Cody if you are not going to be providing your own. But one of the guides will be able to help with the learning process.
