Join us for an unforgettable women’s adventure in the heart of Tennessee where waterfalls, mountain views, and exciting outdoor experiences come together for the ultimate getaway. This trip begins along the beautiful Tennessee Waterfall Loop, one of the most scenic regions in the state and home to some of the most breathtaking waterfalls hidden within lush forest trails. Over the course of our hiking days we will explore several of Tennessee’s most iconic cascades including Cummins Falls, Burgess Falls, Lost Creek Falls, Fall Creek Falls, Twin Falls, and Rutledge Falls.
Expect peaceful forest paths, fresh mountain air, and the soothing sound of waterfalls around every corner. Our hikes will range from approximately four to six miles each day and are considered moderate in difficulty. We will move at a comfortable pace with plenty of time to take photos, enjoy the scenery, and soak in the beauty of the Cumberland Plateau.
But like every Her Wilderness trip, this experience is about so much more than the places we visit. It is about stepping outside of your comfort zone, sharing unforgettable moments, and building friendships with a community of supportive and adventurous women. Many women join our trips without knowing anyone. By the end of the experience they leave with new friendships, shared memories, and a deep sense of connection.
After our time exploring the waterfalls we will shift gears and head toward the vibrant mountain town of Gatlinburg located at the entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This lively destination blends outdoor adventure with charming mountain culture and will serve as the backdrop for the next part of our adventure. For those craving a little adrenaline we will have the opportunity to zip line through the Smoky Mountain canopy with incredible views across the rolling hills. We will also take on the Upper Pigeon River for an exciting white water rafting adventure known for its thrilling rapids and unforgettable twists and turns.
When we are not out adventuring there will be time to explore the heart of Gatlinburg. Wander through local shops, browse artisan goods, enjoy classic southern meals, or treat yourself to the town’s famous homemade fudge. This trip is designed for women who love adventure, nature, laughter, and meaningful connection.
Come find your tribe and experience Tennessee with us.
