SAVE YOUR SPOT

We’re back in Louisiana for our FOURTH YEAR of alligator hunting, and 2026 is going to be our biggest trip yet! With 20 spots available and an added Sunday Funday celebration day, this trip is designed for adventurous women ready to push their limits, get muddy, and make memories that will last a lifetime. This is not a luxury vacation, it’s swamp grit, adrenaline, bait, blood, sweat, and belly laughs. If you’re looking for fancy lodging or downtime, this isn’t your trip. But if you’re craving the thrill of the hunt, the taste of Cajun cooking, and the energy of an all-women crew out to conquer the bayou, this is the one you’ve been waiting for.

Friday – Welcome to Louisiana!
Please plan to arrive at 2PM and settle into our rustic houseboat lodging, complete with shared rooms and bathrooms. Once we’re unpacked, we’ll jump straight into the action, heading out to set baits and lines for the weekend ahead. Don’t be surprised if a few gators hit early! Back at the marina, we’ll fuel up with shrimp po’ boys and Cajun favorites like fried oysters, stuffed crab, and frog legs before turning in for some rest.

Saturday – Full-Throttle Gator Hunt + Bowfishing
This is an all-day grind: checking baits, hauling gators, and working in pairs, one woman fights, another takes the shot. It’s intense, messy, and exhilarating. By late afternoon, we’ll aim to be tagged out before grabbing a quick bite to eat and heading back out under the stars for a bowfishing charter. Expect flying Asian carp, gar, glowing gator eyes, and laughs that carry us into the hours of  2 AM. This is a long day but it’s seriously SO MUCH FUN!

Sunday – Funday Celebration
New for 2026: an entire day dedicated to celebration and connection. After two nonstop hunting days, we’ll slow it down, rest, share stories, eat, and enjoy the swamp atmosphere together. The marina often has karaoke and live bands, and this extra day gives us space to really bond and soak it all in. This day of celebration and fellowship reflects Proverbs 17:22, ‘A cheerful heart is good medicine.’ We’ll share stories, laughter, and friendship, giving thanks for the memories made and the women standing shoulder to shoulder in the swamp with us.

Monday – Farewell
We’ll wrap up the weekend bright and early with light breakfast and goodbyes before heading home, tired but grinning with pride and a camera roll full of memories.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • License Required: A Louisiana Alligator Sport Hunter License is required (non-resident $150, resident $25).

  • Taxidermy: Guides can assist with prepping your gator for shipment to your taxidermist.

  • Accommodations: Lodging is rustic, shared, and simple. Beds and bathrooms may be shared. Please come prepared for communal living.

  • Expectations: This trip is fast-paced, physically demanding, and not for the faint of heart. You will be tired, dirty, and sore but also proud, joyful, and part of a community of women who thrive on challenge and a deep sense of just having fun together!

Let’s be real, you’re going to get gross, bloody, sweaty, wet, and dirty on this trip. That’s part of the fun, but it also means packing smart is key. Here are our top recommendations:

  • Multiple outfits per day: Think biker shorts, leggings, sports bras, and SPF sun shirts. You’ll sweat through and get messy, having extras makes all the difference.

  • Footwear: Short ankle rubber deck boots are a must. Do not bring open-toed shoes.

  • Head + eye protection: Sunglasses and a baseball hat are essential for long days on the water.

  • Dry bag or backpack: Bring a bag you don’t mind getting dirty (or even tossing at the end). This will hold snacks, your phone, drinks, etc. while keeping everything safe from swamp water, bait, and other “mystery boat fluids.”

  • Cooler bag: A small cooler bag or backpack cooler is great for drinks during the trip and also for transporting your meat home.

  • Garbage bags: Toss 2–3 large garbage bags into your suitcase. At the end of the weekend, seal all the smelly, gross clothes inside so your luggage and car/plane don’t reek

  • Fresh clothes for the trip home: Pack one clean outfit you don’t touch all weekend, so you can head home feeling fresh.

  • Hydration: Bring a reusable water bottle (something that holds ice is best) and a koozie for your drinks. Louisiana heat is no joke!

  • Optional fun: A small portable speaker for music on downtime and Sunday Funday.

Pack practical, pack extras, and don’t pack anything you aren’t okay with getting ruined. This trip is messy, but that’s part of what makes it epic!
