TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
Get your cowgirl boots ready because we are headed to Kansas for our first ever cattle drive! We will spend three full days experiencing an authentic Western experience. During this cattle drive we will learn how to rope, vaccinate & brand calves, sort, gather and drive cattle on thousands of acres throughout the rolling Flint Hills in Kansas. This trip includes your horse rental, 4 nights of lodging, lunches during the drive and access to experienced working ranch hands throughout the whole experience. Prior riding experience is preferred but not required. The cattle drive will involve several hours of riding through different terrains. But not to worry, Flint Hills will match you with the right horse based on your riding level. This is truly a unique experience taking part in a western tradition in a modern era. Plan to arrive anytime after 5 P.M. , on Wednesday. Prepare to leave Sunday May 5th by 11:00 am.
LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS + MISC. DETAILS
We will be staying at the Airbnb “Church Guesthouse” in Cottonwood Fall, Kansas just roughly 20 miles from the ranch. The Church is an artfully revitalized Church built in 1885 which now has four bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths and will sleep all 10 of us. There are two queen bedrooms downstairs along with a bath, 2 bedrooms upstairs with two twins and a full size bed and the loft has two twins with a full bath upstairs. Keep in mind that you will likely be sharing a room or bed at our Airbnb with the other women. The Church has a full kitchen and two living areas. There is a large patio outback to relax and hang out with the other girls after a long day on the ranch.

We are able to offer this weekend at only $1,500 per person, which will include a nonrefundable deposit of $500 and 3 additional payments of $500.

This group is where you can connect with other trip attendees, ask your trip coordinator questions, and receive additional trip details. You can discuss packing lists, travel plans, and more. Please be sure you use a valid working email to register for this trip. Please read carefully: please make all payments by their due dates. If payments are late we will always work with you. however if there is no communication we will assume you are forfeiting your spot and any payments made will not be refunded.
