TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
We are heading to Enid, Oklahoma for 2 days of Sandhill Crane and waterfowl hunting! We will have the pleasure of hunting Sandhill cranes along with ducks and/or geese including speckled belly geese and Canada geese! Our guides will be scouting and calling in birds for us each morning. A Federal Waterfowl Stamp, a 5-day Oklahoma hunting license (out -of-state) or an annual or fiscal OK hunting license, an OK state HIP certification, and a Sandhill Crane Permit are required. This trip will accommodate 8 women, giving everyone a great experience and an opportunity for the group to harvest more birds. Our guides will make this an amazing experience for everyone, whether you are a seasoned waterfowl hunter or just starting out!
LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS + MISC. DETAILS
We will be staying in an AirBNB in Enid, Oklahoma located within 1 hour of the locations we will be hunting. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are a total of 5 beds including 2 queen beds, 3 bunks, and 1 day bed. Therefore, a few girls will have to double up in the queen beds. The house also has a heated pool! Enid is only approximately 1 hour from Stillwater, OK which is where we can hang out and explore when we are not hunting. There are many cool places to explore including an ax throwing bar, a trampoline park, Lost Creek Safari, wine and rooftop bars, the famous Eskimo Joe's Restaurant, the Ghost town of Ingalls, and the first Sonic-Drive In.
TARGET SPECIES, REGULATIONS AND PROCESSING OF TAXIDERMY OR MEAT HARVEST PLAN.
We are hunting Sandhill cranes, ducks, and geese! We will hunt in the mornings only on Monday and Tuesday. We will be hunting crop fields and ponds out of A-frames and may get to hunt out of lay-out blinds if necessary. Our guides will be cleaning and storing our birds for us during our time there. If you would like to take your meat home or take a bird home to mount, you certainly can. If you are flying, you can either carry it on or store it in checked luggage. I recommend bringing extra trash bags to store meat in and fly it in your carry on. You also have the option to ship it home, but this is not the responsibility of the outfitter. When transporting waterfowl, your fowl must be tagged, and a wing must stay attached until it reaches its final destination. Our guides will make sure they leave a wing attached when cleaning them and will provide tags for each bird!

We are able to offer this weekend at only $850 per person, which will include a nonrefundable deposit of $250 and 3 additional payments of $200.

It’s always a good idea to book your flight after joining the Facebook group! That way you can communicate with others attending the trip to book your flights in sync and split rental car or uber costs! The lodge is roughly 2 hours from both airports, so we will plan to split the price of 2 rental cars. The closest airports to where we are staying are:
