TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
We are headed to Hyatt Farms Shooting Complex in Polkton, North Carolina for a day of sporting clays! We will be starting our day by meeting at the grill at Hyatt Farms for lunch + social hour promptly at 12PM. Following lunch, we will check in at the clubhouse at 1PM sharp, followed by a safety talk with our range master. After a brief safety talk to brush up on the basics of safety + sporting clays, we will head to the 5-stand. At the 5-Stand we will brush up on the basics of shooting. After our 5-Stand warm-up, we will head to the Woods course A 50-target round of clays. The Woods course features 14 stations that run along a ridge, this course takes advantage of natural and man-made elevation to challenge you with aerial shots and specialty targets. The cost of this event will cover 50 targets, AMMO, a golf cart rental, and safety instruction for you!
The cost of lunch is not included in the price of this event! If you are enjoying your time shooting, the course will be open for the rest of the day, and you will have time to head back out for some more sporting clays shooting, or even check out Hyatt’s rifle/pistol range.
Don’t have a shotgun? NO WORRIES! Hyatt Farms has plenty of gun rentals, and can get us set up with anything we may need. Gun rentals are $35/gun, and you will pay directly to the club for this rental + any safety gear (eye/ear protection) you may need.

It’s always a good idea to book your flight after joining the facebook group! That way you are able to communicate with others attending the trip to book your flights in sync and split rental car or uber costs!

Things not included in this trip:
-Any tips to your guides/outfitters - please wait to hear from your coordinator on a suggested tipping amount and bring cash. Tipping doesn’t apply to all trips.
-Transportation. Your airline or rental car is not included. Please do not expect to arrive at the airport and have a ride. We do suggest that you wait to book any travel plans until you’ve talked with other girls in the group. Chances are other people are also flying/driving in and you will be able to coordinate plans with them.
MEET YOUR COORDINATOR
Courtney will be your trip coordinator! She is from the midlands of South Carolina, and owns her own business in the sporting clays industry. She was lucky enough to be introduced to the outdoors at a young age, and fell in love. Whether it be fishing, hunting, riding ATVs or just exploring and traveling to new places - Courtney is all about it! Since joining Her Wilderness, Courtney has been traveled to many new states and made memories to last a lifetime - but above all enjoys encouraging women to get in the outdoors, and #OwnYourWilderness.
TRIP REGISTRATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a private facebook group for this specific trip. This group is where you can connect with other trip attendees, ask your trip coordinator questions, and receive additional trip details. You can discuss packing lists, travel plans, and more. Please be sure you use a valid working email to register for this trip. If you do not have a facebook account please send an email to questions@herwilderness.co so that we can make the appropriate accommodations to get you additional trip details. Please read carefully: please make all payments by their due dates. If payments are late we will always work with you. however if there is no communication we will assume you are forfeiting your spot and any payments made will not be refunded. By registering for any wilderness trip you are under the full understanding that there are no refunds. by registering for this trip you understand that your deposit is non-refundable with no exceptions.
