TRIP DETAILS + INFORMATION
We are headed to West Central Minnesota for some Early Season Canada Goose Hunting. This will be a trip one to remember as we are heading out during Minnesota’s Early Goose Season! Our 2023 limit for these Canadian Geese are 5 per person - which is a higher number than our regular season limits. Our guides will graciously be scouting, calling in birds, and preparing an amazing breakfast for us each morning! We will be hunting in either A - Frames, Layout Blinds or one of their Pits! Friday we will arrive to our lodge after 4p - we will spend the night getting to know one another followed by an early bed time as we will be up to hunt prior to sunrise. Saturday we will be hunting a long day with a break in between for lunch - as sunrise is at 6:30a and sunset is at 7:20p as we transition into fall in Minnesota. Sunday we will hunt in the morning again and then in the evening - so please plan to leave after 7pm. If you are worried or hesitant because you’ve never tried this before, set your worries aside! Between the guides and our Her Wilderness Coordinator you will be covered. Completed hunter’s safety (aka Firearms Safety) is required to obtain your license in the state of Minnesota.

In addition to the kitchen and living room, the main floor bedroom features a spacious 4 season porch with a comfy couch and table with chairs, perfect for a meal or a game night! The eat-in kitchen is stocked with everything you need for a delicious meal. On a beautiful Minnesota day, you can also take advantage of our grill & large deck! If you need to get some work done while you're here, we also have a cozy office space with a desk and chair.”
Our lodge includes ample space for everyone including 1.5 bathrooms. There is a beautiful patio and deck for us to enjoy as well as a game room in the basement. Please keep in mind that you will be sharing this space with other women. That means you will be sharing sleeping quarters and the bathrooms.

We will be targeting Greater Canada Geese on this trip. You will need to have completed your Firearm’s Safety Course to obtain your license in the state of Minnesota. The licenses you will need to purchase are:
Waterfowl - Fall Special Goose - Code 520
Description: Valid for resident age 18-64 and all non-residents to hunt Canada geese during the special September seasons.
