Get ready for a fall adventure filled with crisp alpine air, golden larch trees glowing like lanterns across the mountains, steaming thermal pools, and the kind of connection that only happens when women gather in a place this breathtaking. This October, we’re heading deep into the Canadian Rockies for a long weekend of hiking, exploring, relaxation, and community, all set in Banff, one of the most iconic and photographed mountain destinations in the entire world.

Over four unforgettable nights, you’ll explore two full days of hiking through Banff’s most legendary trails, experience a soul-soothing afternoon at the Nordic spa, and enjoy cozy evenings together as we settle into the rhythms of autumn in the mountains. This retreat is the perfect blend of movement and stillness, challenge and ease, designed for women who want to immerse themselves in wild places while caring for their mind, body, and spirit along the way. Whether you’re seeking fall colors, deep breaths, sweeping views, or a reset from daily life, the Canadian Rockies offer something magical: beauty that humbles you, adventure that awakens you, and moments that stay with you long after you’ve left.

Wednesday, October 7th -  Arrival Day

Fly into Calgary International Airport and make your way into the mountains. As you drive west, you’ll set your eyes on the towering peaks of the Canadian Rockies, a breathtaking first look at where you’ll spend the next few days. We hope all flights arrive before 2 PM so we can settle into our Canmore lodging, unpack, unwind, and enjoy our first evening together over dinner. This night sets the tone: connection, comfort, and excitement for the adventure ahead.

Thursday, October 8th - Banff Hiking Day 1

We hit the trails and we start strong. This day is all about Banff’s most iconic sights. Expect golden larches, crisp fall temperatures, clear reflections on the lakes, and jaw-dropping views at every turn. This is Banff in its prime, the kind of hiking day that fills camera rolls and hearts.

  • Lake Louise with its turquoise waters and glacier backdrop

  • Moraine Lake, one of the most photographed lakes in the world

  • The legendary climb to the Lake Agnes Tea House

  • The panoramic Big Beehive Overlook, where the entire valley opens beneath your feet. This is a hike worth training for, it’s not easy but you have to try!

Friday, October 9th - Banff Hiking Day 2

Another full day of exploring the Canadian Rockies’ greatest hits. We’ll begin with the unforgettable Peyto Lake, famous for its bright blue “wolf head” shape and sweeping lookout. Then we’ll wander the shores of Emerald Lake, a serene glacial lake surrounded by towering peaks and glowing fall foliage. As we drive back along the Bow Valley Parkway, we’ll take our times and hope for wildlife sightings, and those quiet moments that make the mountains feel alive. We’ll end the day in downtown Banff where you can shop, explore, grab a warm drink, and enjoy dinner surrounded by one of the most vibrant mountain towns on the continent.

Saturday, October 10th - Nordic Spa Experience

After two full days on some of the world’s most beautiful trails, we trade hiking boots for plush robes and slip into a slower rhythm. Welcome to your Nordic spa experience,  a rejuvenating, restorative immersion designed to reset your body and calm your mind. Move through hot pools, cold plunges, saunas, steam rooms, and relaxation spaces at your own pace. Let mountain views and warm water melt the tension from your muscles. Breathe deeply. Reset fully. Restore completely. After the spa, we’ll spend another afternoon in Banff shopping, exploring, grabbing a treat, or simply soaking in the feeling of being relaxed, refreshed, and deeply present.

Sunday, October 11th - Departure

Enjoy a slow, quiet morning in the Rockies before packing up and saying your goodbyes. Head home with a full heart, tired legs, and memories that will stay with you long after the mountains disappear in your rearview.
